We intentionally work with a limited roster of artists each year.  This allows us to stay hands-on and focused, ensuring every act we represent is positioned effectively and presented with purpose.  Our role is clear: we connect you with the venues that matter.  Our team handles the outreach most artists simply don’t have the time to pursue—opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.  Through thoughtful territory coordination and strategic placement, we work to elevate your act—helping you grow into stronger markets, better rooms, and higher-quality performances.

We are not an exclusive or personal talent agency.  You remain free to book your own shows at any time.  Our job is to create additional opportunities, expand your reach, and negotiate stronger terms on the bookings we secure on your behalf.

What We Handle

• Development and hosting of a professional Electronic Press Kit (EPK), including ongoing updates and maintenance
• Strategic positioning and targeted market placement

• Direct outreach to qualified venues, festivals, casinos, private, and corporate buyers
• Negotiation of guarantees, fees, and performance terms (we strive for complete transparency as we will consult with you)
• Buyer communication and follow-up
• The venues pay you.  We get paid after you get paid.  You are in control of your money!

Compensation Structure

$300 One-Time Setup Fee
This covers the foundational work required to properly launch your booking campaign—EPK development, branding refinement, market positioning, venue targeting, and initial outreach. It reflects the time, research, and industry expertise invested upfront. This also ensures mutual commitment, so both sides are aligned and serious from the start. Your materials are reviewed and refreshed annually to stay competitive.

10% Commission on Bookings You Accept
We only earn when we successfully secure paid shows for you. No bookings, no commission.
